To ensure the validity of your ticket, Wildlands has a strict name on ticket policy - your ticket details must match your ID.

Selling your ticket via our Official Resale Platform, Tixel will automatically update the name. If you know who you’re selling to / buying from, you can process a private sale, however we recommend that all funds are processed through Tixel, as any funds transacted by alternative means (bank transfer / cash) are not covered by the Tixel Guarantee.

To sell your ticket on Tixel privately.

• Before you finalise your listing, there is an option to create a private listing.
• If you select a private listing, your tickets can only be purchased by people you have sent your private listing link to. The ticket will not appear on the Tixel public event page.
• Steps to list a a ticket privately are as follows;some text
  • Choose how you would like to list your ticket here.
  • Once you select the ticket, you can choose the price you want to sell the ticket for by adjusting the price slider. Please note that if you are selling the ticket publicly, a price floor has been implemented for this event.
  • On the “Details” page, you can make the listing private through the toggle on the bottom right.
  • Copy and share your unique private listing link with your friend or new buyer.

Unfortunately, Wildlands has a strict no refund policy. If you purchased your tickets using X-Cover Ticket Protection, you can make a claim should your circumstances change under the Ticket Protection policy. We recommend adding this to your purchase to ensure that any possible refund can be issued. 

With XCover Ticket Protection, you’re covered for the following situations:

• An injury, or an illness or death affecting you or another ticket holder or a member of your immediate families. This includes pre-existing medical conditions.
• You or another ticket holder are required as a carer for another ill or injured ticket holder. 
• Unexpected delays due to a transit strike you could not have reasonably known about before the booking date.
• You or another ticket holder are pregnant at the time of the event and no longer wish to attend.
• Being unexpectedly deployed as a member of the armed forces.

If you have a carer who would like to attend Wildlands  with you, they can access a complimentary Companion Card Ticket.

You can take these steps when purchasing your ticket. 

1. Firstly, select your desired entry ticket.
2. Proceed to check-out.
3. After purchasing tickets, please check the provided box, where you’re able to advise whether you have any accessible requirements. 
4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
5. Once you have submitted all your information, your tickets will be emailed to you. 
6. A questionnaire will be sent to the provided email address, that allows you to outline your accessible requirements. This also allows you to secure a companion card ticket online, by filling in your companion card holder details. 

Please note that if you can not provide Companion Card details at this time, feel free to contact us as accessibility@untitledgroup.com.au and you’ll be able to secure one at the Box Office on the day of the event.
