Wildlands acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands, the Kaurna, Whadjuk and Turrbal people and recognise the three Aboriginal Nations across which these events take place. It is important to emphasise that these Nations represent only a portion of this vast continent that offers over 450 distinct language groups and cultures. We offer respect and thank all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past, present and emerging for their ongoing nurturing of the land and the opportunities they have provided us. In doing so, Wildlands recognises all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and Nations who continue to promote culture and care for country.
