Here's the move: arrive with your ticket and ID ready.

Your ticket lives in the DICE app. Download the app and create your account ahead of time. Please activate your QR code in the app on the day and present it at the gates. Don't screenshot it, it won't scan.

Security will check your ID first and give you a wristband. Then our gate crew will check your bag. 

Alexandria Lane is the entry point that you wanna go to. It’s a huge event, so leave yourself extra time, we’d hate for you to miss your fave DJ because the Uber left late. 

Beware: Wildlands can only accept valid, current ID in line with Queensland law.

Accepted ID check:

• A photo ID card, like a Proof of Age card or Australia Post Keypass
• An Australian driver licence, learner permit or digital myID
• A foreign driver licence
• A passport

Public Transport 

The move? Public transport. It’s the easiest and safest way to get to Wildlands.

More travel info is coming closer to the event. For now, jump on the TransLink Journey Planner and sort your route before the group chat starts spiralling.

Taxi/Rideshare

Getting dropped off? Say less.

Send your driver to the corner of Bowen Bridge Road and Gregory Terrace.

It's just a short walk to the entry through the road closures. Trust us, it's way more convenient and a whole lot safer than weaving through traffic to get to the gates.

Driving

If you’re driving to Wildlands, don’t leave parking to the last minute!

Street parking nearby is extremely limited and metered, so check the signs carefully before you park (we have all been there). 

There is limited parking available at Brisbane Showgrounds, too. Click here for fees and locations.

Driving also means locking in a designated driver, so keep your crew safe.

If something goes missing, don’t spiral, head to the Info Hub on the day and our team will do their best to help find it.

After the event, a Lost Property form will be available here for anything that wasn’t collected on site.

Big one: Only valuable items such as phones, wallets, identification, car keys and house keys will be held post-event.

Items like clothing, accessories, jewellery, makeup and fragrances won’t be kept after the festival. Anything uncollected will be donated or disposed of appropriately.

Our bars will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available, plus we’ll have a range of food vendors catering to most preferences and dietary requirements.

Water stations will also be located around the venue, so we strongly recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. Fill up, stay hydrated and be kind to the planet.

A site map will be provided closer to the event and will include accessibility features. 

RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane consists of a combination of grassed ovals, concrete footpaths, car park asphalt and garden beds. While there are flat access routes throughout, in some areas there may be surfaces which are uneven or sloping, and there may be loose gravel in some areas, which may be challenging to navigate, particularly in bad weather.

Accessible Drop off point

Accessible drop off and pick up is located on Alexandria Lane, close to the main entry, just a short 100 metre journey to the gates.

There will also be an accessible entry lane located closest to the Box Office. 

How do I tell the Wildlands team that I have accessibility requirements? 

You can let us know that you have accessibility requirements during the process of purchasing your tickets.

3. Scroll down to the ‘Questions’ section, underneath your attendee details. 
4. Enter your accessibility requirements in the text box provided.

We’ve got you. A Low Sensory Space will be available on site, location dropping on the site map closer to the event.

You can also head to the Info Booth or Crowd Care tent anytime. There's a quiet chill-out space at Crowd Care, plus friendly team members if you need someone to chat to at both locations.

Auslan Interpreters

We're committed to making Wildlands accessible for everyone. This year we're exploring haptic vests to help patrons feel the music, with more details coming soon.

Auslan interpreters won't be available this year. If you have other accessibility requirements, reach out to accessibility@untitledgroup.com.au and we'll do our best to support you

Accessible Viewing Platform

We're so excited to share that we'll have an accessible viewing platform at both the Sahara and Summit stages! Please note, the platform is strictly reserved for guests with accessibility requirements and space is limited, it can't be reserved ahead of time.

A gentle reminder to all attendees: please be respectful of those using this platform and the reason it's there. It makes a big difference to the people who need it most. 

Accessible toilets

Accessible toilets will be available on site. Keep an eye on the site map once released for locations. When you arrive, ask the friendly staff and they'll point you in the right direction.

We'd recommend noting the locations early in the day, it can get busy later and we want to make sure you can always access them easily.

Can I bring my companion/carer to this event?

Yes! If you have a Companion Card, your carer is eligible for a complimentary ticket to accompany you at Wildlands.

Here's how it works:

1. Select a Companion Card comp ticket at checkout alongside your paid ticket.
2. Complete your purchase and check your confirmation email for next steps.
3. Email your Companion Card details to accessibility@untitledgroup.com.au and we'll issue your complimentary ticket. Please feel free to include any accessibility requirements you have for event day as well. 
4. Once sent, we'll issue your complimentary Companion Card ticket to the email used for your original purchase.

Please note this is applicable for both GA and VIP options, however VIP companions will not receive any physical inclusions.

What if I have a hidden disability?

By wearing a Sunflower lanyard, you’re letting our team know that you might need extra help, understanding, or just some more time.

Pick up a free Sunflower Lanyard from the Box Office on arrival - no questions asked, no disclosure needed.

Wearing one lets our team know you might need a little extra help, understanding, or just more time. Look out for sunflower signage at entry lanes, bar queues and viewing platforms.

How far is transport from the entry?

Due to the size of the site, road closures will be in place to get everyone to the gates safely. Where possible, we aim to create a safe accessible drop off and pick up location. 

Here's what to expect:

• Accessible drop off and pick up will be approximately 100 metres from the event entry with a slight incline.
• A map with exact distances and transport locations will be released closer to the event.

What if I have lighting sensitivities?

This event contains flashing and strobe lights throughout the day, and lighting levels can vary across the site. Some areas may be darker or dimly lit, especially in the evening near certain stages and installations.

Can I bring my assistance animal?

Yes! Assistance animals are welcome at Wildlands. That said, it's worth keeping in mind that Wildlands is a big site - we're talking high noise levels, dense crowds and pyrotechnics. It can get unpredictable, so please take a moment to consider your animal's welfare and whether the environment is right for them.
