To ensure the validity of your ticket, Wildlands has a strict name on ticket policy - your ticket details must match your ID.

Selling your ticket via our Official Resale Platform, Tixel will automatically update the name. If you know who you’re selling to / buying from, you can process a private sale, however we recommend that all funds are processed through Tixel, as any funds transacted by alternative means (bank transfer / cash) are not covered by the Tixel Guarantee.

To sell your ticket on Tixel privately.

• Before you finalise your listing, there is an option to create a private listing.
• If you select a private listing, your tickets can only be purchased by people you have sent your private listing link to. The ticket will not appear on the Tixel public event page.
• Steps to list a a ticket privately are as follows;
  
  • Choose how you would like to list your ticket here.
  • Once you select the ticket, you can choose the price you want to sell the ticket for by adjusting the price slider. Please note that if you are selling the ticket publicly, a price floor has been implemented for this event.
  • On the “Details” page, you can make the listing private through the toggle on the bottom right.
  • Copy and share your unique private listing link with your friend or new buyer.

Please note, if you arrive onsite with a ticket that does not match the name on your ID, you will be required to pay a premium to update at the box office.

Booking Conditions

• Guests must present ID at check-in.
• Guests must present a credit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges and add-ons.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or losses.
• Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival are free of charge.
• From 1 December 2026, full payment of the accommodation block is due. Any cancellations, no-shows or early departures from this date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
